"This band has big shoes to fill. And I mean big. Brave Citizens becomes our third band to enter the Top Ten [Top Unsigned List], while playing one show or less. Who were the other two? They were The Maine (Fearless) and Forever The Sickest Kids (Universal Motown). BC can make a national statement like those two before them. The positive vibe and smoothness of this band is really uplifting. Look for this band to get scooped up early."

"This undeniably handsome (man crush!) duo churns out moody, dark, indie pop that’s hard to dislike. Slightly dancy, slightly naughty and very good; Revolutions is all these things. Clear your bellies and allow me to cram Brave Citizens down your throat. In a good way, of course...This album comes with just about my highest recommendation". - AbsolutePunk
"Beginning with the very first notes on "The Same Way," the opening track on Brave Citizens' debut EP, Revolutions, all four masterfully crafted songs pull you in and refuse to let you go. Comparisons to Mute Math's soaring sound and Mew's haunting melodies, while accurately drawn, don't even begin to fully capture this SoCal duo's powerful draw. These songs were born to fill stadiums. The deliciously dark, gritty guitars on "How Much Longer?" are particularly notable, as are Adam Capra's vocals throughout every offering." (4/5) - The Owl Mag
"How refreshing! That's one of the first things that came to our mind when we played "The Same Way" for the first time...Right out of the starting gate the guitar grabs you and rocks you non-stop to the end. This is a very fun and driving song...we're giving this one 5 stars!" (5/5) - IndieShows.net
"The result of all these sensations and the devotion of a duo made in heaven is Revolutions; a diamond in the rough" (4 stars) - SomethingPunk.com + Interview
